# Preparing CPF Contribution Reports

Prepare contribution records from reviewed payroll data before submitting them through your organisation’s authorised process.

## 1. Complete payroll review

Confirm that the payroll period and relevant employee records have been checked and approved.

## 2. Generate the contribution report

Select the correct company and payroll period. Generate the available CPF contribution summary or export.

## 3. Reconcile the output

Compare employee details and contribution totals with the final payroll records.

## 4. Submit and retain confirmation

Use the authorised submission process and retain the acknowledgement with the reporting records.
