# Organisation Structure Setup

Create a consistent structure for departments and job positions before assigning employees.

## 1. Prepare your structure

List the departments and job positions currently used by your organisation. Agree on a consistent naming convention.

## 2. Create departments

Add each department once. Use clear names that staff will recognise in employee records and reports.

## 3. Create job positions

Add the job positions you need and check their relationship with the appropriate departments.

## 4. Assign and review

Assign employees to the correct department and position, then review the employee list for missing or duplicate assignments.
